Ingredients Required:
- 400 gm Chicken diced into cubes
- 50 gm 1 packet Coconut Milk or substitute with canned coconut milk
- 15 gm/ 1 tbsp Flour
- 30 ml + 30 ml/ 2 tbsp + 2 tbsp Oil
- 200 ml/ 3/4 cup Water
- 125 ml/ 1/2 cup Milk (not required if using canned coconut milk. Substitute amount mentioned)

I have tried other yeschef products and I always love them. However, this is the worst one so far that I have tried. This doesnt taste like Thai Red Curry at all and even if i dont compare it the taste itself is pretty bad almost inedible according to my taste buds. It smells and taste like a bad blend of desi spices which is no where close to the original Thai Red Curry, doesnt even look like thai red curry. Would not recommend this product. Its better to try some of yeschefs other products.

I've tried many Thai curry mixes (mostly pastes) from well-known brands. This was much better and fresher. Follow the recipe, but add some fish sauce, a teaspoon of sugar, 1sp of chicken powder, and garnish with coriander - and the result will be restaurant grade red curry (can also be drunk as a soup).

This is a kind of spicy dish but flavourful. Easy to prepare and it doesn't take much time to cook. Moms who are busy at work, Yes Chef is the answer. Just pick any of the variety they have and you're good to go. When you want to have something different from your usual food, have this a go.
