- 80 ml/ 1/3 cup Quality Soy Sauce (very important to use high quality Soy Sauce)

- 15 ml/ 1 tbsp Vinegar 

- 30 ml/ 2 tbsp Water

- 45 ml / 3 tbsp Honey

- 30 + 30 ml/ 2 tbsp + 2 tbsp Oil
